By the time the 2024 Legislative Session ended in mid-February, 72 bills — out of more than 650 that were introduced — were on their way to the governor’s desk for signature, veto, or pocket veto. The governor had until Wednesday of this week (March 6) to act. When she finished, one bill was vetoed, 69 were signed, and 3 were pocket-vetoed without explanation.

More than 15 bills were directly or indirectly related to the alcohol industry, and we expect many to be considered again during interim committee hearings in the coming months. Below are the bills, along with their disposition, that we took a stand on:
